The fact that she was anorexic, and also bulimic, added further to her problems. About her decision to resign as the singer of ARCH ENEMY Gossow stated that there's a time and place for everything. It all began back in 1991. It wasn't fun anymore to travel around the world. Therefore, I chose to slow down rather than playing. The group was initially fronted Johan Liiva, who was then replaced by German singer Angela Gossow. The song You're the voice was recorded in 1986 by Australian singer John Farnham.
