
Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979[1] is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. She also voices various characters in Robot Chicken, Tifa Lockhart, and Josie and the Pussycats of Final Fantasy. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis to Thomas Howard Cook, a former stand-up comedian as well as a social worker and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and cookery instructor. It is believed that she is part-Italian. Cook was featured for the very first time in a public service ad for foster care when she was seven years old. Her career began as a child model around the age of 10, and was featured in national ads for Target and on Milk-Bone's dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
